Ten Steps to Change Habits – ConsultSyariah.com

Did you know that one of the things that most influences our work, relationships, achievements and goals are our habits that we have carried since childhood? So if you want success in your life in all aspects, then you must free yourself from habits that can prevent you from succeeding and succeeding. The following are ten steps that, with the permission of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, will help you realize this goal:

Step One: Know Your Habits

You must determine your most important habits that really influence your life, whether they are habits at work, in relationships with other people, with family, or with yourself. Anything that you always repeat and then regret having done, or someone feels annoyed after you do it, then know that it is a habit that you have to leave behind.

Step Two: Focus on One Habit First

I read it in a magazine An-Nafs Al-Muthmainnah that whoever chases two hares will not be able to catch one of them! So whoever wants to break away from all his habits at once, he will definitely fail to do so. Therefore, the way to do this is to focus on one habit first and make it a start. If it is successful, you can continue with other habits.

Step Three: Don’t Give Up at the Beginning

If you are determined to change your habits, then try fighting your desires first. Don’t say: “Today is the first holiday!” For example, if you are determined not to sleep after the Fajr prayer, then on the third day don’t say: “Only today I will sleep!” But try as hard as possible to stay awake – even if you are very tired – so that your new habit becomes firmly entrenched.

Step Four: Start with Very Low Rates

The most important thing is not the level, but the consistency. Start with small changes that you can do consistently. For example, basically you can’t enjoy the habit of reading, so first look for a light book, just read the book for ten minutes every day, no more bargaining over this ten minute duration.

Step Five: Share Your Decision to Change This Habit to Others

Tell the people you love – such as your best friend or close friend – about your decision to change this habit, because this announcement will make you have to be consistent, making you feel reluctant if you have to stop halfway. For example, say to them: “I have decided to get into the habit of exercising every day for twenty minutes.”

Step Six: Don’t Give Up

Everyone tries, but the majority of people fall and fail while trying and keep complaining. However, only successful people will get back up when they fall, and if they fail they will get back up. He knows that the pleasure of success is greater than the pleasure of standing idly by and being lazy. He did not give up, but instead kept trying until he reached his goal, because he knew that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala had promised those who tried hard that they would receive His guidance. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala says:

And those who strive against Us, We will guide them to Our path. Indeed, Allah is with those who do good.

“And those who truly strive in Our path, We will surely show them Our paths. Indeed, Allah is truly with those who do good.” (QS. Al-Ankabut: 69).

Step Seven: Know Your Abilities

Don’t burden yourself beyond your capabilities. This is a fundamental principle of Sharia. If you want to change your habits, then treat yourself gently, don’t burden him to a level he can’t bear. If you want to be obeyed, then give orders that can be carried out. Don’t think that change can be achieved by burdening yourself above your abilities, because whoever is not used to paying attention to etiquette in speaking will not be able to change that habit overnight. Because, bad habits have been ingrained for years, so new habits also take years like that until they are ingrained and easy to do, like eating and drinking.

Step Eight: Encourage Yourself

Read often about the habits of successful people, the causes of success, methods of success, the conditions of patient people and the history of their fragrant life. All of this can help you to reignite your enthusiasm and strengthen your determination to be consistent in changing your habits.

Step Nine: Give Yourself Credit

Create stages in the process towards a new habit. At each stage there are certain prizes. For example, if you read one hour every day for a whole week there is a reward for buying drinks, for reading one hour every day for two whole weeks there is a reward for buying food at a certain place to eat, and so on. Determine that at each level of success there is a corresponding reward. This is a method used by several people.

Step Ten: Pray

This is the most important step that is necessary, always ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, because Allah is the Most Helpful, He is Almighty over everything and He promises to answer prayers. For this reason, pray fervently and practice good manners in prayer and avoid things that can hinder prayer from being answered, such as eating food that is forbidden. This is a very important step, if Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala does not help you, then all the steps mentioned previously are useless, because they are just excuses, they will not be useful for you except with permission from the Creator, namely Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. It is true what the poet said:

If there is no help from God for the child, then the first thing that must be done is his own efforts.

When a young man does not get help from God,

So the first thing that actually destroyed him was the seriousness of his own efforts.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
